Aquafit
Aquafit classes are a great way to get fit while being easy on the joints. Improve strength, endurance & flexibility while being kind on your body. Our instructors hold a wealth of knowledge & experience to help you meet your fitness goals. If you’re a complete beginner, you can rest assured that this full-body workout is done within a safe & supportive environment.
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7.45am - 8.30am.
Classes take a break from 19th December 2025. Back on the 12th of January 2026.
