Te Puke Aqua Aerobics
Aqua Aerobics classes are a great way to get fit while being easy on the joints. Improve strength, endurance & flexibility while being kind on your body. Our instructors hold a wealth of knowledge & experience to help you meet your fitness goals. If you’re a complete beginner, you can rest assured that this full-body workout is done within a safe & supportive environment.
AquaFit class is held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7.45am - 8.30am.
Evening classes start from Tuesday, 3 February 2026, 5.45pm - 6.30pm.
