As part of our vision of supporting community swimming and wellness, we offer Hapai Access Card holders discounted access across our aquatic facilities.
Anyone with a Hapai Access Card can join our Hapai Aquatic Membership, and enjoy unlimited access to our aquatic facilities, including spa, steam and sauna. From 1 July 2026 there will be no cost for this membership. From 1 July 2027 there will be a weekly membership fee of $3.00. This also includes free access for an accompanying support person if required.
From 1 July 2026 there is also a casual visit option for Hāpai Access Card holders, offering a 30% discount off our standard casual entry price, with the same discount available for a support person.
Hāpai Access Card holders will also receive additional benefits across Bay Venues facilities, including:
20% off BaySwim Learn to Swim lessons
10% off Clubfit Gym Access Membership
10% off hot drinks at Bay Catering locations including 101 Cafe Experiment, Market & Main, Plentie Cafe, and Baywave Poolside Cafe.
